Red Lunch is a mixture of red lentils, white quinoa and flaxseed. The combination of these grains is an ideal proposal for a healthy meal, both on its own and with the addition of sauces, vegetables, or even as an ingredient of a nutritious salad. Lentils provide large amounts of protein, quinoa is rich in provitamin A, vitamins B1, B2 and C, and flaxseed helps the digestive system. This and other sets from the series are suitable for traditional and plant-based diets.
Method of preparation:
Put content of the bag into a pot with boiling water in ratio of 1: 1,5 ( 1 glass of product per 1,5 glasses of water). Simmer covered over medium heat for 10 minutes. At the end of cooking add a pinch of salt and stir thoroughly. Remove the heat and leave for 5- 10 minutes covered.
A 500 g container contains 10 portions of 50 g.
