It is a source of protein, it is characterized by a high content of dietary fiber, with no added sugar, it only contains naturally occurring sugars.
Product without added flavors, dyes or preservatives, easy to prepare, just add hot water.

A method of preparing:

  • Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and pour 230 ml of hot water, mix thoroughly. Leave the mass for 15 minutes.
  • Moisten your hands in cold water, then manually form burgers about 1 cm thick.
  • Heat the oil in a pan (3 teaspoons) and fry the burgers for about 2 minutes on each side.

A 140 g package contains 4 servings of 35 g.
